Many PPO insurance plans provide coverage for lactation consultations, depending on your specific plan, benefits, and deductible. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed.
Before scheduling your appointment, we encourage you to review your insurance options. Our team is happy to assist you by phone or text to verify your benefits, discuss eligibility, answer questions, and help you schedule the appointment that's right for you.

Please do not schedule an appointment or submit payment through our website unless instructed by our team. Once your insurance benefits have been verified, we will contact you directly to review your coverage and schedule your consultation.
If you do not qualify for insurance coverage, have an HMO plan, or have a PPO plan that is out of network, you are still welcome to receive care. We can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement through your insurance carrier.
