INSURANCE
If you have PPO insurance, your consultations with Pasadena Breastfeeding Center may be covered depending on your provider and plan details. Before you book a consultation, please review the following options.
For Cigna customers: Please click the button below and complete the form to check for coverage.
For all other PPO insurance customers: Please click the button below and complete the form to check for coverage.
If you are approved, please do not book or pay on the website. We will contact you to schedule your consultation.
Note: If you don't qualify or if you have HMO, PPO outside of network, or Tricare, we're happy to provide a "Superbill" for possible reimbursement from from your insurance. If you have more questions about this process, contact us at pasadenabreastfeedingcenter@gmail.com and we'll be glad to help.
If you paid for an appointment and are later approved for coverage by your insurance provider, you may be refunded minus a processing fee.
