Service Description

Our three-hour class covers all the basics a breastfeeding family needs to get off to a great start in the comfort of your own home. Starting from the moments after birth, we’ll explore the power of skin-to-skin with your baby and move into early feeding patterns. Elements of effective positioning and achieving a deep and comfortable latch are reviewed. We’ll also teach you how to identify if your baby is getting enough to eat and how to overcome common breastfeeding challenges that may occur in the first weeks.
