Service Description

In our two-part, eight-hour course, we cover the typical progression of the birth process and how to identify signals that labor is near. Together, we explore the role of the labor partner and support strategies for the birthing mother, including position changes, massage, and breathing techniques. We’ll review what to expect from common hospital routines, such as monitoring and pain management, as well as additional steps many hospitals and medical centers have added during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
